Your space.
Your information.

Lotus Throne is an early product concept by Halle. This page explains how we handle information when you visit or join our waitlist.

What we collect

When you request to join, we collect your email, request date, consent version, preferred version and campaign labels (such as TikTok or Pinterest). We also save your acceptable price range if you choose to answer. Earlier optional survey answers and their response dates are retained. We do not collect payment details.

Why we use it

We use this information to confirm your email, send occasional product and launch updates you requested, understand interest in the concept, and review which campaigns bring subscribers. Version and price answers help us explore interest before prototyping and production. They are not purchases, reservations or proven willingness to pay. Duplicate signups keep the original details; they do not overwrite existing answers or opt-outs.

Email and your choices

Cloudflare stores the email list. Cloudflare sends confirmation emails for Lotus Throne using your email address and the confirmation message. You must confirm your email before joining the verified waitlist. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your information. We retain the waitlist while this concept is being evaluated and review it after 12 months. If we stop the project, we will delete the list; minimal suppression records may remain to honor unsubscribe requests.

Analytics and spam protection

When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate visit and performance measurements without advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to limit abuse and may process technical browser and network data. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses for delivery and security. We send no email addresses or survey tokens to analytics.

Browser storage

We store campaign labels in this tab’s session storage to remember how you arrived. It clears when the tab session ends. After email confirmation, an essential cookie lets you answer the optional survey for up to one hour. You can browse without joining or answering.

Access, deletion, and contact

The waitlist is not collecting emails yet. A privacy contact will be provided here before signups open.

Cloudflare may process information outside your country. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their practices.
